Meet Neehar
Namaste! I'm Neehar — a yoga instructor by dawn and dusk, and a pet store manager (among other things) in between. I offer private and small-group classes in Toronto, at the park, by the lake, in your living room, at your neighbourhood studio — or anywhere my trusty bike and legs can take me.
My practice follows a slow-makes-strong approach. We take our time to arrive into each posture, step by step — paying attention to how we’re moving and feeling, making small (or big) adjustments, and building strength and focus along the way.
I also write about the things that keep me grounded and inspired: travel, vegan cooking, and the subtle magic of everyday life. You’ll find that on the blog.
